How To Break "NEGATIVE" CYCLES

When you slip back into old patterns after making progress, the guilt and frustration are what glue you to the old reality; the way out is to give yourself grace, recognize highs and lows as natural, and refocus energy onto your past wins.

Key points

Why you fell back

  • You have been asleep longer than you have been awake. Before you found this knowledge you spent years (Nero says he started at 15) living from a frequency of no control and predestination. That old frequency was solidified over decades, so give yourself Grace when you slip - you are fighting an opponent with far more time in the game (his analogy: you would not be ashamed to lose to Mike Tyson).
  • Frequencies stack and compound like compound interest. The old frequency does not disappear when you start changing; it still lives in you and is more addictive than any drug.

Guilt is the trap

  • Guilt, disappointment and frustration are "glue" that sticks you to your old frequency. Emotion is "energy in motion" and emits an energetic signature; the more you feel bad about slipping up, the more you slip up.
  • Nero's core claim: emotion, not thought, is "the largest shareholder of your frequency." He dismisses "it's all about your thoughts" advice.
  • The ego sets you up with an unrealistic expectation of instant transformation, knowing that when you inevitably fall you will feel negative - and that negative emotion restores the old frequency, which "does not want to die" because you have been feeding it for decades.

Highs and lows are natural (Law of Rhythm)

  • Frequencies oscillate; they constantly go up and down. Expecting to be high-vibration all the time is nonsense.
  • Cites the Kybalion / Hermetic Law of Rhythm: the pendulum swings, and the swing to the left equals the swing to the right. You are a microcosm of a universe that has seasons, so highs and lows are normal.
  • Signature bar: "You have only fallen because you have risen." A fall is proof you climbed; it is not failure, just the natural course.

Reframe the path

  • "All paths lead to my desired reality." There is no objectively right or wrong path - you make the laws of your reality, so calling a path "wrong" is what makes it wrong. Even falling off is still leading to your desired reality.
  • It is not about affirmations, 369, visualization or vision boards - there is no clerk in "the database of the universe" tallying them. What works is what you decide and, more importantly, what you know.
  • Redefines faith from the Latin fides as conviction/knowing, contrasted with mere "trust," which leaves room for doubt.

How to vibrate back up

  • Your past wins and successes still exist as a frequency; because energy cannot be created or destroyed, that winning frequency persists and can be tapped into. The old frequency wants you to forget your past wins so you cannot reach it.
  • Focus is "a centralization of energy." Deliberately focus on the good you were doing before you fell; that stacks energetic momentum, and stacked momentum pulls you out of the low - a snowball becomes an avalanche, a breeze becomes a tornado.
  • The transmutation chain: alter concentration -> alter vibration -> vibration stacks into frequency -> frequency becomes reality.
  • Example: a client, Georgie, a trader who fell from 10-20k/month down to zero, hit 50k in a single month two months later once Nero got him to dwell in the frequency of when things were going well.

Scriptural framing

  • "Absent from the body, present with the Lord" is read as seeing by mind-sight rather than eyesight (he notes you physically see with the mind, as the eye only sends electrical signals to the brain).
  • "A man's foes are those of his own household" - the household is the mind, and the two minds (old world vs new world) are polarities, framed as the devil vs Jesus, who calls himself the morning star (Revelation 22:16).

Reception

  • Overwhelmingly devotional and grateful; many call it their favorite channel and say they have studied Neville Goddard, Rev Ike, and the law of assumption for years but only got the practical "how-to" from Nero.
  • The line "You have only fallen because you have risen" was the standout, quoted and reframed repeatedly ("if you've risen once you can rise again"); several also flagged "the more you feel bad about slipping up, the more you slip up" and "your emotions are the largest shareholders of your frequency" as bars.
  • Viewers hand-wrote full note-form summaries (asleep longer than awake -> give yourself grace -> highs and lows are natural -> focus on your wins), confirming the video's structure.
  • Many connected it to the "dark night of the soul" and to scripture (Jeremiah 29:11, Romans 8:28, the God of Jacob who kept messing up).
  • One high-liked commenter offered a technical correction: "high" vs "low" frequency really refers to the rate of oscillation (how fast you get back up), not the height of the wave - reframing it as how quickly you "get back on the horse."
  • On Nero's strong language, top commenters sided with him ("the fact that people don't like the words you use is their issue, not yours").
