Train Your Mind to What you Want, Not How to Get it

Law-of-attraction lecture (Abraham-Hicks-style "inner being" framing): your only job is to focus on WHAT you want and why, holding the good feeling; the HOW - the money, the steps, the timing - is your inner being's department, and trying to figure it out yourself is low-vibration resistance that blocks delivery.

Key points

The what vs. the how

  • We are trained to focus on how to get what we want ("be productive, make it happen, figure it out, it's all up to you"). That is the wrong job. Our job is only the "what" and the "why" it is meaningful, plus the feeling around it.
  • The moment you slip into how/when/who/what-do-I-have-to-do, cut it off and return to the feeling of the what. Identify what and why, feel the emotion, and "stop right there" - leave it alone, do nothing more with it.
  • You do not have to revisit desires daily; the thoughts will "come visit you," and when they do you just feel the ease, joy, and anticipation.

Inner being and "it's already done"

  • Your "inner being" sets up all the details and paths for the experiences you came to have; you don't have to figure them out.
  • The instant you feel a desire (born of "contrast"), it is already done as a "vibrational reality" - "you want it, you got it." There are no conditions and the inner being never checks your bank account. So obsessing over how to get something is absurd because it already exists to be received.
  • Your job is to receive, not to get or drive. You will still go to interviews, dates, spend money, start businesses - but as receiving the path, done from joy, not as the driver forcing pieces together.

Money and high vibration as the real currency

  • Ask "how?" and the first thing that surfaces is money - and money-chasing is low vibration. The real "cost of dreams" is high-vibration energy, not money.
  • Action, hard work, school, day trading, starting a business are good things if done from high vibration (joy, meaning, serving others). Done to get money or chase dreams, the same actions become low vibration.
  • "What buys the money? High vibration energy." Money is just a means of exchange; its flow in your life tracks the flow of high vibration in your day. Conditional beliefs ("I need money first") are "faulty beliefs" that keep you living a limited life.

The river-of-energy metaphor

  • The universe is an endless river of energy that yields anything you want if you have no resistance. Living in "the matrix" with limiting beliefs has humanity dipping a tiny glass into an infinite sea when you could take a truckload.

Low vibration as the block

  • Complaining, blaming, worrying, boredom, guilt, anxiety, judging, fear, arguing, beating yourself up, and thoughts about the government/world affairs are all "dream killer" resistance that drops your vibration.
  • Law of attraction is always working: there is no neutral. High vibration flows what you want; low flows what you don't.

Daily practice: the feel-good budget and the thought gym

  • You have a daily "feel-good budget" of 100% - your inner being feels good all day and so can you. A "daily emotional tracker" shows how much of the budget you are using.
  • Foundational: like yourself, know your value, see yourself as "creator of your reality, an agent of the universe" who is "naturally in demand."
  • See other people as your "vibrational mirror" so you are never offside; appreciate contrast (it is your automatic asking for better); make the best of situations.
  • The "thought gym" / "thought therapy": whenever negative emotion fires (the "fire alarm"), go deactivate/invalidate the thought, show why it is nonsense, and replace it using pre-written scripts and a "triggers list." Go as often as needed - 10 or 20 times a day - and over time positive thoughts build momentum and become the default (progressing through "stages five, six, and seven": flow, trending, full).
  • Reframe "how": stop asking how to make things happen physically; ask "how am I going to receive the path?" The answer is always to go through the day choosing the good-feeling perspective and flowing joy energy.
  • Closes with the idea that this is the "natural" mindset children should be taught from the start.

Note: the video presents law-of-attraction / "inner being" claims as fact; no studies or external sources are cited.

Reception

  • Sentiment is uniformly devotional; commenters call the channel "gold," "the best video I've ever seen," and Brian a "modern day philosopher" bridging metaphysics and mind. The host replies personally and at length to most comments.
  • The most-liked comment (48) recounts getting a dream-company interview after watching, then a rejection, but staying optimistic "knowing better things are ahead" - Brian reframes rejection as merely "a vibrational mismatch," not a reflection of self-worth.
  • Recurring theme: applying the "joy over money" lesson to work. A creative-industry viewer (20 likes) describes the "trap" of treating content work as what makes money happen versus creating from joy and letting money flow through; another quit their job "with no plan just faith" and is now just drawing, exercising, and reading, having "given up on the how."
  • Viewers trade favorite lines and personal synchronicity stories (manifesting a soulmate, a job 2 minutes from home, a car loan approved unexpectedly), and cite Neville Goddard ("How and when it will be is none of my business").
  • Mild pushback/questions rather than disagreement: one asks whether cosmetic surgery contradicts self-acceptance; another notes Brian earlier placed "contentment" in low vibration and asks him to reconcile it (a reply distinguishes content = settling from satisfied = having received).
  • Note: several high-visibility "financial advice" comments plugging a book ("Power Behind Locked Door" by Jacob Rockefeller) are affiliate spam, not genuine viewer response.
